New Position

I (John) have accepted a position as Youth Pastor/Associate Pastor at First Baptist Church Hill, Tennessee. They voted yesterday (June 29th) and we got an extremely high vote. The church is truly wonderful and we look forward to getting there and begining our ministry. We are moving on July 25-27. Hopefully soon we will start posting pictures. Katie is still deciding on what will be her last day of work at Christ Church here in Louisville. Please pray that our house in Louisville sales.

Last Weekend

On June 20-23, Katie and I spent the weekend at First Baptist Church Church Hill. It was wonderful. We had the opportunity to meet with the youth and their parents on Saturday and meet the entire church on Sunday. It was a great weekend and the church is voting this Sunday June 29th. We believe that this is where God is calling us and we pray that the vote goes well. All we had was positive comments and no signs that the vote will not go well. Again it was a great weekend.

This is the first blog for the Trewhella family. Katie and I are excited about the possibilities of the near future when it come to ministry. On Sunday June 29th First Baptist Church Church Hill will be voting on me as Youth Pastor/Associate Pastor. It is a wonderful loving church. We are praying for God's will to be done. We spent last weekend (June 20-23) with them and we had a great time. In the near future we will be posting pictures of us, our daily lives, and other things.
